The little building behind the chiminea, is the smoke house. Matt catches salmon at work, brings them home, I season them and he smokes them. Yummy!!! Russel had smoked some awesome brisket in there as well.
The big house has taken us 4 years to build...since we have done 95% of the work ourselves. My disign: Matt's labor, with a little help from me, and the part we contracted out...such as the decks, and septic. We did have help with the roof. Someday, the top will be cedar shade, and the bottom will be covered with rock.
